Nimmo Bay offers four categories of adventures: Heli Adventures, Heli-Fishing, Wilderness and Wildlife Safaris, and Wellness Retreats.


Helicopter Adventures

Heli Adentures lets you sample a variety of adventures in plush comfort and safety. Each day is action-packed with coastal adventures in and out of the helicopters, from whale watching to hikes to river rafting. Nimmo Bay’s professionals will work with you to custom design a wilderness outdoor adventure for your group. The helicopter stays with you all day.


Heli-Fishing

Heli-Fishing lets you choose from dozens of rivers as your pilot/guide takes you throughout 50,000 square miles, from sea level to seven thousand feet. Go wherever the weather is fine and the fish are biting, as you catch and release Trout, Coho, Chinook, Chum or Pink Salmon.


Wilderness and Wildlife Safaris

The Wilderness and Wildlife Safaris are focused on exploring and viewing the rich, varied wildlife around Nimmo Bay. Our experienced naturalist guides will take you on a series of unforgettable wilderness adventures, from bear or whale watching to a waterfall boat tour, a day of hiking or kayaking, or a salt-water fishing excursion. If you want to mix in some helicopter adventures, Nimmo Bay offers helicopter day trips for any portion of your vacation.


Wellness Retreats

As of May 2012, Nimmo Bay has expanded its repertoire to offer Wellness Retreats, with the focus on wellness, nature, pampering, and physical and spiritual growth. Enjoy an integration of abundant and nutritious food, energisingly powerful yoga, and daily wilderness adventures. A brand new, floating yoga studio and fitness room offer peaceful spaces for relaxing and rejuvenating.
