Dick Steenman is a name that is revered among luxury watch enthusiasts. The world’s foremost collectors of fine watches, art, and jewelry have known about this Swiss craftsman’s hand-made enamel engravings for years, long before he launched his first line back in 2000.

With 25 years of experience in the watch industry, Dick Steenman endows his timepieces with unparalleled artistry at each stage of production. All pieces are created in-house, where each can benefit directly from Steenman’s mastery of design, production, and ancestral crafts such as engraving, enamelling and mother of pearl.

Before launching the first timepiece of his proprietary brand, Steenman spent years preparing, testing and developing a watch that he had conceived exclusively for the vintage car driver. With its “Bayonet” system, the watch distinguished itself both on the basis of its unusual design and its technical precision.

In the years that followed, Dick Steenman has produced numerous limited series as well as custom-made pieces that all feature his famous engraved-enamel watch faces and internal perfection. Inspired by marine life and Japanese imagery, Steenman watches and jewelry display motifs that range from dragons to swordfish, and are true works of art inside and out. In addition to his personal designs, he provides models and prototypes for other companies such as Piaget, Chaumet, Van Cleef & Arpels, Delaneau and many others, and is a member of the Swiss watch-making consortium Dimajo.
